![]() Wynn Resorts faces a securities fraud lawsuit for allegedly violating SEC disclosure rules. The case is among several stemming from the allegations against Wynn and the companies. Kathleen England, the Judy Does attorney, said the women planned to amend their complaint in line with the district court’s guidance. “The Judy Does should be permitted to file their amended complaint under fictitious names, at which point the district court should reassess the motion to proceed under fictitious names,” the appellate court ruled. The appeals court agreed with the district court’s reasons for dismissing the complaint but ruled that the women could amend it to add individual harassment claims so the lawsuit can again be considered in federal court. Wynn Resorts also did not respond to a request for comment. His attorneys did not immediately respond Wednesday to a request for comment. ![]() Wynn has consistently denied sexual misconduct allegations, which were first reported in January 2018 by the Wall Street Journal.
